I have been working on guitars for 27 years, I started with Master Luthier Mark Taylor in Nashville who made guitars for, Johnny Cash , Dolly Parton , Little Jimmy Dickiens , Alan Jackson, Johnny Helimen and many others, making several guitars with him in 1990's and building acoustic, electric, dobros, and other stringed instruments Along the way I worked for Blue Mountain Music for 10 years as their Luthier, worked and studied under Luthier Jay Lichey in Tryon N.C. for awhile. Jay Studied under Luthier Wayne Henderson in Virginia who is a great Luthier also and built guitars for Eric Clapton and many others, Iworked for years in columbus N.C. as a Luthier in that small town building the Loran custom order guitars, electric and acoustic , Also doing all repairs structural to common repairs, violins and cellos as well, And I worked the past 3 years at Guitar Center in Greenville S.C. I am now opening my own shop in the upstate S.C. Area doing all repairs from custom builds to setups and and basic repairs, I take exceptional care and responsibilty for every guitar, Instrument ,and even the cases they come in, leaving them in pristine condition on every job i do and complete, Its all about care and a clean environment to work in, I welcome all and look forward to earning your business one job at a time.
